Feedback Policy

If Session did not go well and Mentee has given 2 stars out of 5, then regressive and detailed discussion needs to happen to find out the issue, if required book another session with another suitable Mentor and in that case no pay to Mentor.

If Mentee has given 1 star out of 5 reasons explaining Mentor ability or competency on subject, then immediate inquiry has to start and if Mentee statement is true then refund or book another session with same skill set for Mentee and in that case no payment to Mentor.
