Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Menteasia:

Cancellation by Mentee:

If a Mentee cancels a session within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs outside of the 24-hour window.

Cancellation by Mentor:

If a Mentor cancels a session within 24 hours, the administration will make every effort to find the best-suited replacement Mentor for the Mentee, based on their request.

If no suitable match is found, the entire amount will be refunded to the Mentee, minus any credited points given to the Mentee.

Refund Process:

In the event of a cancellation by the Mentee or the inability to find a replacement Mentor within the specified time frame, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

The refunded amount, after deducting any credited points, will be processed using the original payment method.

Communication of Changes:

Both Mentees and Mentors will be notified promptly of any cancellations and relevant changes to their sessions.

Clear communication channels will be maintained to ensure all parties are informed of the status and any necessary adjustments.

Rescheduling Option:

Whenever possible, Menteasia encourages the rescheduling of sessions to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Both Mentors and Mentees are encouraged to communicate and mutually agree upon an alternative session time.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions should be communicated to the Menteasia administration, and each case will be reviewed individually.

Credit Points:

Credit points earned by the Mentee will be deducted from the refunded amount in the case of a cancellation or refund.

Administrative Discretion:

Menteasia reserves the right to exercise administrative discretion in situations not explicitly covered by the cancellation policy, with the aim of ensuring fairness and a positive experience for both Mentees and Mentors.

By engaging with Menteasia, both Mentees and Mentors acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. Any updates or modifications to this policy will be communicated transparently to all parties involved.
